Care is designed to focus on the multiple body parts that are commonly over-worked from constant computer use.  Our focus is on reducing pain and stiffness in the neck and upper back as well as the structures around your shoulder blades, shoulders, elbows, forearms, and wrists.

Prenatal care is designed to prepare the expectant mother's body for birth, to reduce pain in the low back and shoulders in the 3rd trimester and to maintain hip and pelvic flexibility.
